Yes, all commercial drone operations are completed with the appropriate insurance and in accordance with current UK aviation regulations.

Some locations require permission from the landowner, local authority or airspace operator. We carry out the necessary checks before every flight and will advise you if additional approval is required.

Flights near airports or within restricted airspace may require advance authorisation. We assess every location before confirming the booking.

Drone flights depend on safe weather conditions. Strong winds, heavy rain or poor visibility may require the shoot to be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Most property and roofing shoots take approximately 1hour. Construction and larger commercial projects may require additional time depending on the brief and location.

Yes. We can provide high-resolution aerial photographs, professionally filmed video footage or a package combining both.

Yes. We offer scheduled weekly, monthly or milestone-based visits to document your development consistently from the air and ground.

Yes. Drone inspections provide detailed aerial imagery of roofs, gutters, chimneys and other difficult-to-access areas. Our service supplies visual evidence but does not replace a professional structural survey.

Yes. Alongside our DJI Air 3S drone, we offer professional ground-level property photography and videography using our Sony camera equipment.

Standard delivery is usually within 3–5 working days. Faster turnaround may be available if agreed before the shoot.

Your completed content will be supplied digitally through a secure download link, making it easy to view, download and share.

If you’re based in Birmingham or the West Midlands, you can book your chosen service directly through our online booking system. If your project is further afield, please request a quote first and we’ll confirm availability and any additional travel costs.

We ask that cancellations or changes are made with as much notice as possible. Full cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided when your booking is confirmed.
