Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Bookings and Payment

All bookings with Valaire by MFA Aerials are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property, location, access arrangements and purpose of the aerial work.

2. Client Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or WhatsApp.

* Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking are non-refundable.
* Failure to attend, provide access or obtain any permissions that the client agreed to arrange will be treated as a late cancellation and will be non-refundable.

Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

3. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking and remain subject to availability.

Where possible, we may allow the payment to be transferred to a new date at our discretion. Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as a cancellation and may require a new booking and payment.

4. Weather and Flying Conditions

Drone operations depend on safe weather, visibility, airspace restrictions and local flying conditions. The final decision on whether it is safe and lawful to fly rests with the drone operator.

If Valaire by MFA Aerials cannot complete the work because of unsuitable weather or circumstances outside the client’s control, the booking will be rearranged for the next suitable date at no additional booking charge.

Weather-related postponements are not treated as client cancellations. If we determine that the service cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the client will receive a full refund for any uncompleted services.

5. Permissions, Access and Restrictions

All flights are subject to applicable laws, airspace restrictions, landowner permission, privacy requirements and site-specific safety assessments.

If the work cannot proceed because the client has provided incorrect information, failed to arrange agreed access or permission, or failed to disclose known restrictions, the booking may be treated as a client cancellation and no refund will be due.

Valaire by MFA Aerials may alter or refuse a flight where it would be unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable to proceed.

6. Cancellation by Valaire by MFA Aerials|

If we cancel a booking for reasons within our reasonable control and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, the client will receive a full refund for any services not provided.

We will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or costs arising from a cancellation or delay caused by weather, airspace restrictions, emergency restrictions, equipment safety concerns or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Completed Work

Once photography, filming, inspection or editing work has begun, payments are non-refundable except where the service is faulty or where the client has rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference does not automatically qualify for a refund where the agreed service has been supplied correctly.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that the client may have under applicable UK law.

By confirming and paying for a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts this Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
